The book "The three question marks and the burning city is about an ex commissioner who asks the thre question marks for help because he got a letter from his lawyer. That's what his brother left him, who died in prison years ago. The letter was probably about the robbery he did and then went behind bars. So far, that accomplice and the prey have never been found.
